Fail to meet the deadline or the writing requirements in the personal form will result in exclusion of the qualified enrollment list. Please be mindful of your information accuracy.
Here are some common oversights when filling the form:
Clear Personal Photo: Please provide a clear personal photo that can be recognized well. Please also make sure you choose a photo with your face mask removed.
Statement of Motivation: Make sure your motivation statement is at least 100 words.
The form must be completed in ENGLISH.
