Compulsory Foundation Courses/Management Studies/Professor Ching-I Chen

The management course aims to help students understand the importance of management, the nature of organizations, and key points. Students will learn rational systematic analysis and how to explore problems. In addition to theoretical knowledge from the reference books, practical cases and group discussions on key topics are included, enabling students to apply what they have learned and gain a deeper understanding of the rationality of management and how to apply it in practice.
