Consumer behavior course is extremely important in today's business environment because it provides an in-depth understanding of how consumers make decisions. Understanding consumer behavior is crucial for designing, marketing, and selling products or services. Through this course, students can learn various theories, models, and frameworks of consumer behavior, understanding how consumers perceive, learn, choose, and purchase products or services. In addition, the consumer behavior course also explores the changes in consumer behavior in the digital environment, including the impact of online shopping, social media, and mobile devices on consumer behavior. The goal of this course is to enable students to understand the importance of consumer behavior for businesses, how consumer behavior is influenced by individual and external factors in the purchasing process, and to explain the application of theory with domestic and international examples and personal experiences to enhance students' interest in consumer behavior issues.
