This course will focus on the basic issues of real estate investment and transaction safety, with discussions on real estate investment and transaction safety practices taking precedence over theory. Emphasis will be placed on case studies to help students understand the process of real estate market analysis and investment decision-making. Students will gain an understanding of the real estate finance environment and systems, as well as participants in the financial market, and grasp the relationship between real estate finance and the macroeconomy. Through this, students will be cultivated with an international perspective, creative thinking, management and ethical qualities, enthusiasm for communication, and dedication to teamwork. It is expected that students will lay a foundation for practical real estate investment and transaction safety, learning about the security of real estate transaction markets and developing analytical abilities in investment behavior, while also possessing practical applications and professional ethical qualities, as well as an international perspective and enthusiasm for market dynamics.
The course primarily consists of lectures supplemented by discussions on current events, video presentations, group discussions, and final project presentations. Through diverse learning methods, students will gain a deeper understanding of real estate investment and transaction. Additionally, there will be a visit to Sinyi Realty in Taipei arranged at the end of the semester, allowing students to get closer to practical application.
